Fresh new website marks exciting phase for ActiveQuote

The dynamic redesign marks a new phase for ActiveQuote as we cement our reputation as a UK leader in health and protection insurances. Bold new branding reflects the vibrancy in our growing team, while the website offers easier access and a more engaging experience for existing customers and new visitors looking to compare quotes in health insurance, income protection and life insurance.
ActiveQuote managing director Rob Saunders says: “The brief for our new website was very much aligned to our vision for transforming and owing the way customers buy health and protection insurance online. We wanted to create a memorable online experience, with equal balance across design, usability, content and functionality.
“The first thing of note is our new branding, which we hope will stand out in a noisy market as both modern and fresh and very much in tune with the core values of the business, which centre on offering a comparison service that’s unbiased, ethical and personal.
“We are absolutely delighted with the results and proud of all the hard work and collaboration which has gone into delivering this platform for our customers, and we hope they enjoy the experience as much as we did in making it. A special mention must also go to our local design agency We Are Core, who helped inspire our creative journey.”
Mr Saunders was appointed earlier this year to lead ActiveQuote into an exciting £2m expansion to create 70 new jobs at our Cardiff Bay offices, which will take our workforce to almost 200 and allow us to develop enhanced online quote comparison services using artificial intelligence. The expansion is backed by £400,000 of Welsh Government funding in recognition of our significant growth in the last three years and the role we play in Wales’ financial technology (FinTech) success.
ActiveQuote was launched in 2009 by Richard Theo and has ever since been at the cutting edge of online insurance broking. We pioneered one of the first price comparison solutions for health insurance and are now a UK leader in online comparison and broking of health insurance, income protection, life insurance and critical illness.
