We’re celebrating after winning the highly competitive Customer Excellence Award at Legal & General’s annual ceremony in London, which recognises the best in the protection industry. The awards were launched in 2011 and celebrate exceptional customer care and retention, so we were delighted to take the top spot in our category.
Along with our fellow Customer Excellence finalists, our quality metrics were analysed, with a range of KPIs covered and scored. These metrics included areas such as non-disclosure, lapses (year one to four), NPW (not proceeding with) and CFO (cancelled from outset), with the winner having the combined weighted lowest score.
Winning the Customer Excellence Award reflects that ActiveQuote’s retention, accuracy and customer outcomes, in addition to our comprehensive due diligence process, were the best in the category - an exceptional achievement!
