Sarah transitioned back into human resources after her maternity leave, driven by her deep-rooted passion for the field. Starting as an HR administrator at ActiveQuote, she quickly moved up the ranks thanks to her dedication and the foundational skills she gained from completing her CIPD Level 5 qualification. Her progression from HR Administrator to HR Adviser, and eventually to HR Manager, underscores ActiveQuote’s commitment to nurturing internal talent and supporting career development.

As the current Head of People Services, Sarah’s role is pivotal in shaping HR strategies that align with our company's goals. She leads her team with a blend of passion and innovation, focusing on initiatives that enhance employee relations and talent acquisition. Sarah's strategic approach not only supports ActiveQuote’s objectives but also ensures that all team members feel valued and empowered to reach their full potential.
