Ben Jones joined ActiveQuote in 2015, marking a significant portion of his professional career. Throughout his tenure, he has undertaken various roles, initially providing advice directly to clients, later managing the Protection team, and currently serving as Senior Product Manager. The breadth of skills and experience garnered from these positions has been invaluable in his current role, where using knowledge from his diverse background is essential.

Before his time at ActiveQuote, Ben was employed by Sky in what was predominantly a customer service role. His responsibilities included assisting customers with modifications to their subscription services, such as additions, removals, and cancellations. As a manager of a customer service team, his primary objective was to ensure positive outcomes for customers, a principle that has underpinned his approach throughout his career.
