National Friendly has appointed Simplyhealth to take over its private medical insurance claims administration.
Under the three year contract, Simplyhealth will act as National Friendly’s sole PMI administrator and look after 17,000 customers.
Kelly Morris, head of major corporate sales at Simplyhealth, said the provider is delighted to be working with National Friendly and has appointed a dedicated team to manage its customers.
Simplyhealth has been conducting business for nearly 140 years, and offers cash plans, dental plans and PMI.
National Friendly stopped issuing new PMI policies in April 2011.
